Frequently Asked Questions
Have a question in mind? We have gathered the questions we hear most often. If you cannot find your answer, get in touch and we will help.
How can I book an appointment?
There are three ways: choose a date and time on our online appointment page, call us on +90 444 8 276, or fill in the contact form. Requests sent through the form are answered during working hours.
What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday to Friday from 09:00 - 18:00 and on Saturdays from 09:00 - 17:00. We are closed on Sundays. For urgent toothache or dental trauma, please call us first so we can see you the same day.
Which insurance companies and institutions do you work with?
We have agreements with many private health insurers, banks and institutions. The current list is available on our Affiliated Institutions page. For details on coverage and co-payments, please check with your insurer and call us before your appointment.
What happens at the first visit?
At your first visit we listen to your concerns and carry out an oral examination. If needed, a panoramic X-ray or 3D tomography scan is taken the same day at our hospital. We then plan the treatment, the number of sessions and the timeline together with you.
Do you treat patients from abroad?
Yes. Our hospital holds the Health Tourism Authorization Certificate issued by the Turkish Ministry of Health. For international patients, the treatment plan, timeline and appointment schedule are prepared in advance, and our contact form is available in eight languages.
Is there a separate department for children?
Yes. Our Pediatric Dentistry department treats children aged 0 to 14. Every procedure, from preventive care to fillings and root canal treatment, is carried out by pediatric dentists. Sedation and general anesthesia are available for children who find it hard to cooperate.
How do I get to the hospital?
Our hospital is located on the Biruni University campus in Zeytinburnu, Istanbul, at Merkezefendi Mahallesi G/75 Sokak No:1-13. You can get directions via the map link on our Contact page.
