  • Follow the advice given for a healthy lifestyle
  • Provide complete and accurate information about your health
  • Comply with hospital rules and regulations
  • Cooperate with healthcare staff throughout treatment
  • Respect appointment times and notify of any changes
  • Respect the rights of staff, other patients, and visitors
  • Refrain from intentionally damaging hospital property
  • Listen carefully to treatment and medication instructions
  • Notify your clinician if you are unable to comply with treatment
  • Understand that you bear responsibility for refusing treatment
  • Inform the hospital of your insurance coverage at registration

Right to Information and Consent

Our patients have the right to receive complete information β€” in a language and manner they can understand β€” about proposed medical interventions, their potential risks and benefits, available alternatives, and the consequences of declining treatment.

Right to Privacy and Confidentiality

The health status and personal information of every individual who visits our hospital is protected in strict confidence β€” even after death. This information may only be disclosed with the patient's explicit consent or upon a definitive court order.

Right to Refuse or Discontinue Treatment

Except where legally required, the patient has the right to refuse or request the discontinuation of any planned or ongoing treatment, bearing responsibility for any adverse consequences that may arise.

Right to File a Complaint or Provide Feedback

Patients may submit their complaints first to our Patient Rights Unit, administrative authority, or Ethics Committee. If no resolution is reached, they retain the right to apply to the relevant professional bodies and the judiciary.

Visitor & Companion Policy

Visiting Hours & Rules

  • Visits are permitted between 10:00 and 22:00 in patient wards
  • A maximum of 2 visitors are permitted at the bedside at any time
  • Children under 15 are not recommended as visitors
  • Do not sit on the patient bed or touch any equipment or devices
  • Outside food and beverages are not permitted
  • Cut flowers and potted plants are not allowed in patient areas
  • Do not visit if you have a contagious illness such as flu or cold
  • Ensure hand hygiene before entering patient rooms

Companion Policy

  • Whether a companion is needed is determined by the attending physician
  • Only one companion is permitted per patient
  • Companions must leave the room during medical rounds and procedures
  • All hospital rules and regulations must be observed
  • Companion accommodation is not available in all departments
  • Individual departments may apply specific companion policies
