Audio Recordings: Ambient audio captured via security cameras
Guest Wi-Fi Log Records: IP address, MAC address, access date/time, mobile phone number
Request & Complaint Data: Within the scope of evaluation and feedback processes

This data is processed for the purposes of building security, fulfillment of legal obligations, occupational health and safety compliance, and hospital policy implementation, based on the legal grounds set out in Article 5(2) of the PDPL.

3. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred to judicial authorities or law enforcement for the resolution of legal disputes, or to authorized public institutions to fulfill legal obligations. Your data is not transferred abroad.
