Our Dental Hospital started its operations in September 2015. Our Quality Directorate continues to work in accordance with the standards prepared by the Ministry of Health for the evaluation and improvement of the quality of health services.
Our aim as an institution is to continuously measure and improve our service quality focused on patient satisfaction. Today, rapidly changing medical and technological developments necessitate the continuous improvement and development of health service quality.
In order to meet the expectations of our patients and to provide service quality above these expectations; it is necessary to make quality improvement studies continuous. With this awareness, we continue our quality studies as Biruni University Hospital.
